ISLAMABAD Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, left Thursday on a three-day visit to Malta to lead the Pakistan delegation to the 24th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM-2015).
The Prime Minister will join other world leaders in two sessions to discuss retirement violent extremism and radicalism, Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) and the issue of migration.
CHOGM 2015 theme this year is “Global Value Addition” and the Summit would devote a special session to climate change.
The Prime Minister will also attend two banquets organized by the British Queen and the Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat.
In addition to attending the Commonwealth meeting two days, Prime Minister will also meet with several world leaders, in the framework of the Summit to discuss bilateral and global issues.
