Most successful Test captain Misbah-ul-Pakistan Haq has said that he was thinking of retirement and wanted his last innings to be a memorable experience for the national team.

“I’m thinking at the right time to retire. But I have not made a decision yet. I have not made a final decision. I will check everything after the series against England,” the 41-year-old, who led Pakistan from late 2010 after the attachment point of scandal in England, told reporters on Friday. Misbah will lead Pakistan in a tough series of three winners Ashes Test against England in the United Arab Emirates on 13 October, where he has achieved his most memorable victories and individual performances.
